​Our center serves the community by offering English classes, computer classes, personal hygiene supplies, our community garden, clean drinking water and hope to our friends and families in Cambodia.

Clean Water!

We have dug five clean water  wells which supply dozens of families with safe, clean drinking water. The cost of one well is less than $800.00. A small price for the gift of clean water. Your donations make this possible.

 The mission of Caring for Poor and Orphaned Children (CPOC) is to provide education, school supplies and uniforms and to the children who need them most. Support basic services at the community level by providing clean drinking water, hygiene classes and our community run garden. Serving families and their children of the Takeo Delta Region of Cambodia.

​CPOC is not a church-sponsored organization, but we are in part supported by some members of Celebration Lutheran Church in Puyallup, Washington.  CPOC is a registered with the State of Washington as a non profit Corp. since December 3rd. 2014. We are also registered with the IRS and have our EIN number. You can send your tax deductible donations to,

Student sponsorship Program
